Recording and meeting minutes are not enabled for public use. Babeling is a product of Altoclick S.L. The planned architecture uses LiveKit for meetings, AssemblyAI's EU endpoint for glossary-assisted transcription, OpenAI for translation and meeting notes, and private Supabase storage. Server services must process content; this is not a guarantee that Babeling and its providers are technically unable to access it.

AssemblyAI's published policy excludes files sent to its European servers from model training. The processor requests deletion and verifies it through the API, retaining job IDs to recover failed deletions. Operational and billing metadata may remain; this does not certify deletion of every internal provider copy.

Audio and video require separate authorization. The proposed flow records the declared name, timestamp and notice version and allows withdrawal. Results are private to the host. Content deletion is scheduled after 30 days or earlier on request; provider retention, backups and downloaded copies need separate terms. OpenAI Zero Data Retention has not been verified for this account. Recording remains disabled until these conditions and deletion behavior are validated.
