Terms of use and contracting

Commercial contracting is not available yet. These terms describe current testing. Test payments do not charge real money, activate commercial subscriptions or generate a legal invoice. Final commercial terms will be published before real payments are accepted.

1. Operator and access

Babeling is operated by Altoclick S.L. Beta access depends on the features enabled for each account. You must provide accurate details and be authorized to act on behalf of your organization. Operator details.

2. Meetings and AI output

Translation, transcription and meeting notes may contain errors or omissions. Review names, figures, decisions and action items before using or sharing the results. Features marked as upcoming are not part of the available service.

3. Participants, content and recording

Only provide content you are authorized to use and share. Impersonation, unauthorized access to other meetings and interference with the service are not permitted. Audio and video recording require separate, express participant authorization. Starting a meeting or pressing the host’s button does not replace that authorization.

4. Pricing and payment simulations

The proposed options are one-time passes, monthly subscriptions and annual subscriptions. The annual monthly equivalent represents one charge for twelve months. Prices are shown in USD plus VAT or applicable taxes; checkout itemizes the base amount, tax and total before confirmation.

During testing, passes are valid for 90 days from simulated payment and subscriptions refresh an allowance each month, including annual subscriptions. Commercial minutes and features are still to be confirmed. Use only the fictional payment details provided for testing.

5. Terms before paid launch

Before billing opens, final allowances, renewal, cancellation and refund rules, applicable consumer rights, and retention and deletion terms will be established. The planned arrangement is for Stripe to manage payment and taxes and Holded to issue the legal invoice by email. A Stripe receipt will not be presented as the legal invoice.

This testing version does not purport to exclude or limit any applicable mandatory rights.
